📋 Description

• Build and launch category-defining products that automate and simplify waste hauler operations • Turn ambiguous product feedback into production-ready solutions • Build full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and data layers • Leverage AI agents to increase productivity • Own projects from problem definition through launch and iteration • Solve real operational problems for waste haulers • Participate in recruiter conversation, take-home project, virtual onsite, project discussion, and CEO/CTO conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building full-stack web applications • Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Strong SQL and database design skills • Excellent data modeling skills • Deeply integrated AI into engineering workflow • 60–80% of code expected to be generated by AI • 40–50% of design and architecture work expected to be AI-assisted • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, challenging problem spaces • Full professional proficiency in English • Will report directly to a US-based CTO
