📋 Description

• Lead one of our engineering teams (we currently have six). • We're hiring for multiple teams—Banking, Catalog, and Prepaid Cards—and will match you to the team where your strengths will have the most impact. • Grow your engineers' careers through 1:1s, thoughtful feedback, and coaching. • Own technical quality — through code reviews, architecture decisions, and setting standards your team is proud of.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years leading a team as a manager or tech lead. • Great technical judgment. • Strong communication skills. • Solid product intuition. • Lead on AI adoption. • A magnet for talent. • High empathy. • Our stack: Ruby on Rails; Typescript + React; PostgreSQL; Google Cloud.
