📋 Description

• Sell products and services for human wellness clients • Work with potential customers to convert one-time customers into brand loyalists • Work with dedicated leaders and training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos • Operate within a commission-based sales model • Follow regulatory requirements and sell ethically without overpromising or making unsubstantiated claims • Represent high-quality, regulation-compliant wellness brands • Conduct frequent phone and video calls from a home-based setup

🎯 Requirements

• Highly-driven self starter motivated by growth opportunities and excellence in sales • Knowledge, background, or strong passion around health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written skills • Top-notch communication skills and ability to build genuine connections • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with working microphone, camera, and headset • Ability to run the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth • Latency under approximately 150ms • Jitter under approximately 30ms • Packet loss under approximately 1%
