📋 Description
• Sell products and services for a pet health company • Work with potential customers to transform prospects into brand loyalists • Collaborate with leaders and use training resources to master sales and represent Tribe's ethos • Operate within a commission-based sales model • Follow sales ethics and regulatory requirements • Avoid overpromising product capabilities or making unsubstantiated claims • Represent high-quality, strictly regulated pet health brands • Conduct frequent phone and video calls with customers • Work remotely from home in a global environment
🎯 Requirements
• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and excellence in sales • Knowledge, background, or passion around health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written skills • Top-notch communication skills and ability to build genuine connections • Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment required • Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with working microphone, camera, and headset • Ability to run the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth • Latency under approximately 150ms, jitter under approximately 30ms, and packet loss under approximately 1% • Must be able to work remotely from Amman
