Trigonum GmbH is a Hamburg-based consulting firm specializing in GDPR (DSGVO) compliance, data protection and information security. The company provides services such as external data protection officer (DPO) and information security officer support, implementation and certification support for ISMS standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX, NIS2), risk and supplier audits, incident and continuity management, and tailored security concepts and technical-organisational measures. Trigonum also advises on and implements Microsoft 365/SharePoint–based platforms and tool-supported solutions to digitalize processes and operate privacy and ISMS management systems, and offers trainings and ongoing operational support for corporate clients across sectors (automotive, healthcare, public, finance, etc. ).

📋 Description

• Actively participate in our team on consulting projects for clients across various industries • Advise companies on information and IT security as well as data protection • Serve as a direct point of contact for our clients and take ownership of individual client projects • Prepare for and support clients during certification processes • Design, implement and operate information security and data protection management systems in accordance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and GDPR • Conduct audits and develop recommendations for action • Perform analyses and produce concepts, policies and other documentation • Act as external information security or data protection officer • Contribute to the continued development of our tools and products • Deliver training, awareness programs and coaching on information security and data protection

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Economics) or equivalent vocational training • Solid knowledge and experience in information security (ISO 27001) and basic legal knowledge of data protection (GDPR) • Initial practical experience in one or more of our core topics • Experience building information security and/or data protection management systems • Experience conducting audits and/or supporting certification processes • Additional certifications as an information security and/or data protection officer or auditor (ISMS, DSMS or QMS) are an advantage • Independent, structured working style • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and present results effectively • Good MS Office skills • Motivation for continuous professional development • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
