📋 Description

• Execute, calculate, and deliver monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts for multiple international teams • Resolve complex compensation inquiries for the field organization using a supportive, customer-centric approach • Manage dynamic incentive changes, including strategic SPIFF plans approved by leadership • Oversee the compensation management platform, including data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic • Partner with leadership and internal audit teams to provide current performance metrics and maintain compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in handling large data sets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Strong detail orientation • Track record of meeting strict deadlines while managing requests laterally and upwards • Excellent, inclusive communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Experience managing or supporting variable compensation and incentive-based plans preferred • Experience using specialized incentive compensation management platforms, with strong preference for Everstage • Familiarity with major CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
