📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end system implementations and project milestones within agreed target timelines • Consult carrier partners on optimal logistics processes • Deliver tailored Transporeon network solutions • Provide interactive training and continuous specialized support for key software users • Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-trust customer relationships across the network • Become a recognized subject matter expert within the transportation and logistics sector

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English • Proven background within customer service or customer care environments • Excellent communication skills • Fast technical comprehension • Strong organizational abilities • Proactivity and high personal reliability • Solid proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite products • Additional foreign language fluency is a strong plus
