📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management and technical integrations for carrier onboarding • Ensure timely launches and budget alignment • Facilitate customer workshops to define scope, system configurations, and technical specifications • Deliver tier-two technical support and hands-on enablement training • Ensure high user adoption and post-launch success • Coordinate cross-functional requirements with engineering and development teams in Jira • Maintain project margins and billable tracking • Own high-impact customer onboarding and integration projects • Serve as a trusted advisor bridging technical configurations, financial metrics, and customer adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English • Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities • Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software environments • Strong technical aptitude for software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows • Professional background or familiarity within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field (bonus point/preferred) • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management completion or certification (bonus point/preferred) • Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools such as Jira (bonus point/preferred)
