📋 Description

• Own direct response projects on Meta • Plan, launch, manage, and scale campaigns for assigned products or offers • Monitor spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, average order value, and other funnel metrics • Diagnose performance changes and propose evidence-based actions • Develop hypotheses, prioritize tests, define success criteria, and decide what to scale, revise, or stop • Research customers, competitors, and market trends to identify angles and hooks • Brief copywriters and designers and provide performance-based feedback on ad copy, images, and videos • Allocate spend across campaigns and tests and optimize for ROI and profitability targets • Identify issues with landing pages, offers, checkout, tracking, or attribution and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them • Share concise performance updates, explain learnings, and recommend next actions • Follow Meta advertising policies and maintain a positive user experience • Review live campaigns regularly, including weekend performance checks when required • Handle ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or higher (preferably in business/marketing or a related field) • 2 years of experience running marketing campaigns for e-commerce stores to generate revenue • Strong proven knowledge of media-buying platforms and compliance/guidelines such as Facebook, Bing, and Google Ads • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads • Analytical mindset and ability to develop solutions and next steps for campaign testing • Positive and can-do attitude when handling new marketing campaigns requiring rigorous testing • Sense of ownership in performance and its impact on company success • Experience responsibly managing a four-figure media buying daily budget and achieving target ROAS • Conversant in English • Creative mindset for creating and writing advertising assets in copy, video, and image formats • Comfortable using AI tools for research, customer angles, testing ideas, and campaign-result analysis while checking outputs against performance data and advertising guidelines • Excellent understanding of Facebook Platforms • Canva and Photoshop skills and experience are advantageous • Good understanding of Google Analytics UA and GA4 • Familiarity with Voluum, Hyros, or Redtrack is a bonus • Experience with Microsoft Tools • Computer with suitable performance • At least two monitor screens, including the laptop screen • Noise-cancelling headset with microphone and webcam • Designated workstation in a quiet, conducive environment • Reliable power and internet connectivity
