📋 Description

• Build and revise custom forms using the internal no-code form-building tool • Understand business requirements and translate them into effective form configurations • Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and platform capabilities • Map forms to existing platform fields • Participate in application testing and quality assurance • Provide training and support to end users building their own templates • Manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities • Perform other duties as needed
