📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise digital marketing solutions using multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products • Audit existing digital ecosystems and recommend improvements across personalization, customer data, content, and marketing automation • Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, governance frameworks, and multi-year digital roadmaps • Lead solution estimation, scoping, resource planning, timelines, and pre-sales technical engagements • Develop proofs of concept, integrations, and production solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java • Use Claude Code, Cursor, V0, Vercel, and similar AI tools to accelerate development and build AI agents, workflows, and automation • Drive engineering excellence, testing strategies, performance standards, and AI-native development practices • Collaborate with clients, executive stakeholders, sales, and global engineering teams • Mentor engineers and contribute to technical thought leadership, best practices, and continuous innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of engineering experience, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation • At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products • At least 4 years of experience architecting complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients • Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or other relevant Adobe certifications • Strong hands-on development skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java • Experience with APIs, enterprise data platforms, and headless CMS solutions • Experience in solution architecture, system design, pre-sales, project estimation, and executive stakeholder management • Mandatory experience working with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Europe • Experience leading global delivery programs and collaborating across distributed teams • Mandatory AI engineering expertise, including hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, V0, or equivalent tools • Experience building AI agents, orchestrated workflows, and automation • Strong commercial acumen, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Experience mentoring engineers and driving AI-native development practices
