📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate business requirements and determine optimal declarative or custom-code solutions • Design, build, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automations • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools • Evaluate, rebuild, and test integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony migration • Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user-experience enhancements over the next 3–4 months • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks • Manage ticket lifecycles and technical documentation in Jira • Maintain day-to-day operations for business-critical Salesforce platforms and integrations while collaborating with a small team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative responsibilities • Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Expert knowledge of declarative automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder • Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) • Strong track record integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware • Sound technical judgment in choosing standard configuration versus custom development • Self-directed problem solver able to execute independently within a geographically distributed team • Comfort documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira • Nice-to-have: experience with CTI/telephony platforms such as Talkdesk or Genesys, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools such as SMS/chat • Must be currently based in Latin America
