📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand business questions • Deliver timely analysis and surface opportunities for data-driven improvement • Design and maintain ad-hoc and recurring Looker reports • Build and monitor key business metrics • Proactively identify trends and performance gaps • Build, optimize, and document scalable LookML models • Audit existing dashboards and data sources to identify consolidation opportunities • Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies • Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy • Develop and maintain predictive models forecasting business outcomes, customer behavior, and other key metrics • Develop deep familiarity with SoulCycle's full data landscape • Contribute to evolving how the business measures performance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering • Advanced SQL proficiency • Hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery, including query optimization, schema design, and GCP • Strong experience with Looker and LookML for data modeling, dashboarding, and report automation • Preferred experience with Python, pandas, matplotlib, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, and AWS • Experience with predictive modeling, including regression and forecasting • Metrics design experience • Cross-functional stakeholder communication • Familiarity with consumer technology, fitness, subscription-based businesses, or retail/hospitality is nice to have • Exposure to customer churn/forecasting and AI-driven analytics workflows is nice to have • Familiarity with alternative visualization tools such as Tableau or Jupyter Notebooks is nice to have • Must be currently based in Latin America
