📋 Description

• Work directly with non-engineering stakeholders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI • Design the architecture of each solution and own application, infrastructure, tooling, and deployment end to end • Build and ship AI-enabled internal tools, system integrations, LLM-powered features, and agents where appropriate • Use AI coding tools to prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback • Explain technical decisions and progress to non-technical stakeholders • Report progress to engineering management daily or weekly and flag gaps early • Set up and run local environments • Work with the platform team to deploy solutions to production • Follow data privacy, security, and governance controls • Move between short- and medium-duration projects, working independently or with another engineer

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level, strong full-stack engineer able to design and build an application end to end • Java or Python, and React preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Product sense and ability to propose solutions without a ticket or specification • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a daily AI-first workflow • Experience integrating LLMs into applications, or strong full-stack experience plus relevant AI prototypes • Comfortable owning architecture, infrastructure and tooling autonomously • Basic infrastructure experience with containers, Kubernetes, and AWS • Must pass the client AI transformation assignment, including a recorded video • Must be currently based in Latin America
