📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual designs for websites, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels • Design polished and responsive web experiences with strong typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy • Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into sophisticated digital experiences • Develop design concepts from initial exploration through final execution • Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, development, and other cross-functional teams • Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Maintain a high level of visual quality and attention to detail across deliverables • Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively drive work forward • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for digital and web design • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and digital design workflows • Strong typography, layout, and composition skills • Excellent understanding of spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design • Experience creating and maintaining consistent visual systems across digital experiences • Ability to design polished, user-focused digital experiences • Strong design presentation and collaboration skills • Must currently be based in Latin America
