📋 Description

• Translate complex business problems into structured analysis • Design and deliver compelling visual stories using modern BI and data visualisation tools • Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Build low-latency data pipelines and streaming analytics solutions • Develop automated queries, dashboards, and SaaS-embedded analytics • Optimise analytical tools and workflows for speed, scale, and reliability • Prepare curated datasets for ML training and inference • Support feature stores, model outputs, and data versioning • Integrate with ML platforms and apply MLOps practices such as A/B testing and model monitoring • Enable AI-generated dashboards and conversational analytics experiences • Create interactive live dashboards using leading BI platforms • Empower self-serve analytics across teams • Implement governance frameworks covering naming standards, lineage, classification, and retention • Ensure compliance with global regulations and enterprise-grade security practices • Design automated validation, anomaly detection, and monitoring systems • Establish trusted single sources of truth for critical business metrics • Maintain data dictionaries, catalogues, and metadata repositories • Evaluate emerging data patterns and architectural approaches • Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams • Design scalable SaaS and multi-tenant analytics solutions addressing global performance, latency, isolation, and availability needs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technology roles, in data analytics or platform analytics • Proven experience in SaaS or product-centric organisations • Background working with large-scale datasets such as telecom, IoT, telemetry, or digital platforms • Hands-on experience designing scalable, cloud-based data environments; AWS preferred • SQL and Python expertise; JavaScript/NodeJS a plus • Experience with dimensional modelling, star schemas, and data marts • Strong experience with relational and NoSQL systems • Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI platforms • Familiarity with modern data ingestion and orchestration tools • Understanding of ML pipelines, feature stores, and AI/LLM-based analytics • Experience applying DevOps practices to data pipelines • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, ISO frameworks, and data protection practices • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field • Fluent in English
