📋 Description

• Plan and execute infrastructure deployments using automation tools and best practices • Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows • Maintain high availability and meet service level objectives for the platform • Own backend features supporting extension, mobile, and desktop platforms • Interface directly with end-users and developers building on Trust Wallet • Support users and collect feedback to inform product direction • Help create and foster a high-performing team culture • Apply AI engineering practices to improve developer productivity and engineering velocity • Standardize AI-assisted workflows for coding, reviews, debugging, and incident response • Build and maintain internal tooling, prompts, and guardrails • Measure impact through delivery and reliability metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience managing and building with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Cloudflare) • Experience with Kubernetes and adjacent technologies (Istio, Helm Charts) • Experience with infrastructure configuration management (Terraform, Atlantis) • Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) • Experience with production observability technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) • Hands-on Go experience, including Networking, HTTP, gRPC, and OpenTelemetry • Expertise in implementing SRE principles and maintaining high availability • Familiarity with incident handling and on-call responsibilities • Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and best practices, including LLM coding assistants, AI-driven code review/testing, and prompt patterns/guardrails • Strong security fundamentals and hands-on experience implementing cloud and Kubernetes security best practices • Must have the right to work in the country where based • Company is unable to sponsor visa sponsorship
