• Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting. • Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines. • Use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations. • Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed. • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project objectives. • Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance. • Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership. • Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines. • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is a plus.
