📋 Description

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle, including collecting variable payroll data, data entry, payslip checks, filing DSN submissions, and preparing annual tax filings • Ensure the quality of data provided to clients • Deliver excellent client service when communicating with clients whose payroll portfolios are managed • Carry out administrative and payroll management activities in compliance with legal requirements and established deadlines • Report to the Head of the Social Services Department

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education qualification (DUT, BTS, or equivalent) • Initial experience in a consulting or accounting firm in a similar role • Good working knowledge of the administrative processes involved in the payroll cycle • Strong sense of confidentiality • Meticulous and reliable • Autonomous and pragmatic • Enjoys working as part of a team • Excellent interpersonal skills • Very strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity • Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Silae payroll software is an advantage • Knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage
