📋 Description

• Lead our CRM and Retention team both functionally and disciplinarily, developing it into a self-organizing squad • Own the CRM and Retention strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through reactivation • Drive core business KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value, repeat purchase rate, retention, churn, and revenue from existing customers • Analyze cohorts and customer behavior, translating insights into concrete growth initiatives • Further develop automated customer journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels • Prioritize, together with Product, CRO, and Performance Marketing, the initiatives with the greatest customer and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in a D2C, subscription, or consumer environment • Experience providing functional and disciplinary leadership to a team • Deep understanding of CLV, retention, churn, repeat purchase rates, cohorts, and LTV • Strategic thinker with a genuine hands-on mentality and a desire not merely to manage responsibility, but to drive meaningful progress • German at C1 or C2 level • Good command of English • Based in Germany
