📋 Description

• Build the foundation that powers Twindo’s business and operations • Build platform and tools helping architecture, design, and renovation companies save time and grow through 3D capture • Ensure scalability and reliability of a distributed processing backend handling high volumes of 3D scans daily • Develop tools enabling internal operations teams to manage scan data efficiently • Help engineering teams increase development velocity through modern DevOps practices, tools, and technologies • Own projects and develop creative, innovative solutions • Collaborate with iOS, Computer Vision, Visualization & Tooling, Web, Infrastructure, Data engineering, and other company functions • Report to the Platform Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English communication • Strong background in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis • Proficiency with modern agentic AI tooling and context engineering • Active use of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor • Understanding of software testing and test pyramid practices • Experience building or maintaining APIs using monoliths or microservices • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or other major cloud platforms • Experience working with Agile, Shape Up, or similar development practices • Comfort working with infrastructure and handling DevOps tasks • Experience writing technical documents and gathering requirements is an advantage • Experience setting up or managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, GitLab, or similar is an advantage • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar asynchronous communication technologies is an advantage • Frontend experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, or modern JavaScript frameworks is an advantage
