📋 Description

• Create targeted campaigns to develop and sometimes close new opportunities in existing and new accounts • Collaborate with marketing, global portfolio directors and global ISS to create and drive product promotions and measure their effectiveness • Partner with field sales, distributors and dealers to develop focused plans targeting application areas that generate leads and meet or exceed targets • Help customers with Clonal genes, Gene fragments, Oligo pools, MGF’s, Gene pool and IgG’s using online tools and knowledge • Generate and assist in closing customer quotes • Maintain CRM data including sales opportunities, stages, marketing statuses and customer intelligence • Serve as initial contact for pre-sales customer inquiries • Manage sales processes for products, accounts and opportunities via phone, email and occasionally in person • Attend and manage trade show leads with marketing and qualify them • Prospect outbound leads and route qualified opportunities to sales executives • Focus on strategic opportunities, including retargeting and dormant accounts • Answer incoming calls, place outbound calls and respond to emails promptly • Provide technical assistance to customers, distributors and dealers • Attend customer meetings, conferences and trade shows and present technical insights when required • Close sales and achieve quarterly regional targets • Report to the Director of Sales Japan

🎯 Requirements

• Genetics or Molecular Biology backgrounds • Infectious “get it done” attitude with a strong desire to WIN • Excels in a fast-paced, ambitious, and changing landscape • Work with Salesforce.com or other CRM • Inside Sales Experience • Ability to travel up to 20% • Solid analytical skills • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive orders • Strong attention to detail • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S) in a lifescience field • Minimum 3 years experience in inside sales or commercial sales experience in a life science company
