📋 Description
• Facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages • Interpret conversation accurately between the caller and the emergency operator • Ensure that both parties understand each other during the conversation • Participate in live phone calls as part of the training's nesting period
🎯 Requirements
• Must be fluent in speaking both English and Cantonese • Flexible work schedule starting from 8 pm, 9 pm, 10 pm, 11 pm, or 12 am, shifting every 3 months • 8-hour work day with a 1-hour break in between • Entry level position, no qualifications required, only strong language-speaking skills • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is required.
