📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and technology systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement • Evaluate current tools, platforms, and software solutions and recommend enhancements or replacements when needed • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency • Design and implement process improvements across departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Administration • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and technology partners • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs • Manage technology implementation projects from planning through deployment and optimization • Create process documentation, workflows, and system guidelines to improve consistency and scalability • Research and recommend new technologies, AI solutions, integrations, and automation tools that can improve business performance • Analyze data and system usage to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions • Support ongoing optimization of CRM, ERP, communication, reporting, and other business systems • Train team members on new tools, workflows, and technology improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business systems analysis, operations optimization, automation, or digital transformation • Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement • Experience implementing automation solutions, integrations, or workflow improvements • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with developers and non-technical teams • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Strong project management and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
