📋 Description

• Execute hotel bookings across partner platforms and direct channels with precision • Upload and organize reservation documents, including tickets, vouchers, and confirmations, within itineraries • Ensure booking details align with the confirmed client experience • Audit hotel proforma invoices for pricing, taxes, and inclusions • Work with Concierge and Res Ops Accounting to identify and resolve payment discrepancies • Ensure financial accuracy before and after booking confirmation • Handle itinerary changes and booking updates after point of sale • Coordinate vendor adjustments while keeping internal teams aligned • Follow up with vendors to secure timely confirmations • Review vendor communications to ensure services match itineraries • Flag and resolve discrepancies and availability changes with Sales and Concierge • Identify and apply post-booking promotions, offers, or added hotel amenities • Ensure clients receive maximum value while protecting margin

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry • Luxury travel or European destinations experience is a plus • Strong attention to detail; ability to catch inconsistencies across bookings, invoices, and communications • Highly organized with ability to prioritize effectively across multiple active bookings • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (near-native or native proficiency) • High level of ownership and problem-solving ability; able to navigate ambiguity and find solutions independently
