📋 Description

• We are looking for a hands‑on AI Development Specialist with practical experience building solutions based on LLMs, RAG architectures and intelligent agents • This professional will be responsible for designing, developing and evolving end‑to‑end generative AI solutions, from conception and prototyping to production deployment • The role requires a strong software engineering background and the ability to build data pipelines and integrate with enterprise systems • Ensure engineering best practices, including code quality, testing and documentation • Automate workflows and integrations using tools like n8n or similar when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with language models (LLMs), including OpenAI or open‑source models • Experience with RAG architectures and the use of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or similar) • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js (preferably with a focus on AI applications) • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with distributed systems • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar • Knowledge of building data pipelines and information processing for AI • Experience developing scalable, service‑oriented applications • Development of autonomous agents with context‑based decision‑making capabilities • Implementation of multi‑agent systems and agent coordination • Building agents that use tools (tool usage) and execute external actions • Orchestration of intelligent workflows and complex conversational flows • Experience with fine‑tuning or adapting models for specific domains • Knowledge of model evaluation (Evals, quality metrics, benchmarks)
