📋 Description

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements • Define and design functional solutions in SAP MM • Perform advanced configuration and customization of SAP MM processes • Assess the impacts of Brazil’s Tax Reform on procurement and supply processes • Map current and future scenarios related to tax document receipt and the recognition of tax credits • Define new requirements for material and service procurement processes • Adapt tax document receipt, invoice entry, and document posting processes • Collaborate with Tax, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams • Prepare documentation and functional specifications • Support the definition and execution of business testing • Ensure compliance of integrations with tax systems • Support implementation, stabilization, and transition to assisted operations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP MM • Experience configuring and customizing the SAP MM module • Strong knowledge of material and vendor master data, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, release strategies, goods receipts, returns, invoice verification, inventory, physical inventory, material valuation, automatic account determination, service management, domestic procurement, and imports • Knowledge of taxation applicable to procurement processes, including ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, withholding taxes, tax incentives, and tax credits • Understanding of the impacts of Brazil’s Tax Reform, including CBS, IBS, Selective Tax, financial credits, supply-chain tax credits, destination-based taxation, Split Payment, new tax documents and ancillary obligations, and impacts on Procure-to-Pay processes • Knowledge of integrations between SAP MM and FI, CO, SD, WM/EWM, PP, tax solutions, and SAP Ariba • Experience with electronic tax document receipt, invoice entry, and inventory management • Knowledge of integrations related to Procurement and Supply Chain processes • Participation in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects • Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, Blueprint/Solution Design, functional specifications, unit and integration testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare • Experience with master data migration and defining procurement and materials management processes • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, including Business Partner (BP), SAP Fiori apps, Flexible Workflow, Material Ledger, Embedded Analytics, and Advanced ATP • Knowledge of SAP DRC, SAP TDF, Thomson Reuters, Sovos, Synchro, and Mastersaf tax solutions • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, SAP MDG-M, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle Management • Experience with assessment or implementation projects related to Brazil’s Tax Reform • Excellent communication with business stakeholders • Ability to lead executive workshops • Analytical and consultative mindset • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in complex, multidisciplinary environments • Proactive approach and problem-solving focus • Ability to analyze procurement processes • Integrated perspective across procurement, logistics, tax, and finance
