📋 Description

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements • Define and design functional solutions in SAP MM • Perform advanced configuration and customization of SAP MM processes • Assess the impacts of Brazil’s Tax Reform on purchasing and procurement processes • Map current and future-state scenarios related to fiscal document receipt and the recognition of tax credits • Define requirements for the procurement of materials and services • Adapt fiscal document receipt, invoice entry, and document posting processes • Work collaboratively with the Tax, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT departments • Prepare documentation and functional specifications • Support the definition and execution of business testing • Ensure compliance of integrations with tax systems • Support implementation, stabilization, and transition to assisted operations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP MM • Experience configuring and customizing the SAP MM module • Strong knowledge of material and vendor master data, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, release strategies, goods receipt, returns, invoice verification, inventory management, physical inventory, material valuation, automatic account determination, service management, domestic procurement, and imports • Knowledge of taxes applicable to procurement processes, including ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, withholding taxes, tax benefits, and tax credits • Understanding of the impacts of Brazil’s Tax Reform, including CBS, IBS, Selective Tax, financial credits, tax credits across the supply chain, destination-based taxation, Split Payment, new fiscal documents and ancillary obligations, and impacts on Procure-to-Pay processes • Knowledge of integrations between SAP MM and FI, CO, SD, WM/EWM, PP, tax solutions, and SAP Ariba • Experience with electronic receipt of fiscal documents, invoice entry, and inventory management • Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain integrations • Participation in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects • Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, Blueprint/Solution Design, functional specifications, unit and integration testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare • Experience with master data migration and the definition of procurement and materials management processes • Preferred knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, tax solutions, SAP Ariba, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, SAP MDG-M, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle Management • Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders • Ability to lead executive workshops • Analytical and consultative mindset • Strong stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments • Proactive approach and strong problem-solving focus • Ability to analyze procurement processes • Integrated understanding of procurement, logistics, tax, and finance
