📋 Description

• Provide SAP SD functional support in an AMS environment, ensuring efficient handling of corrective, enhancement, and continuous improvement requests. • Analyze, configure, and maintain SAP SD processes related to sales, pricing, billing, deliveries, and credit management. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into functional requirements, and propose solutions aligned with the SAP environment. • Diagnose incidents, perform functional troubleshooting, and support stabilization of the S/4HANA environment. • Work together with consultants from other SAP modules to ensure integration and consistency of end-to-end processes. • Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams in development, testing, and implementation of changes. • Conduct workshops, alignment sessions, and training when required to promote effective use of the solution by the business. • Support continuous improvement initiatives, functional governance, and the evolution of AMS support practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP SD, with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. • Proven experience in AMS/application support for SAP, focused on sustainment, enhancements, and addressing critical business demands. • Solid knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes, including sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. • Experience in SAP SD functional configuration and integration with other SAP modules, especially MM and FI/CO. • Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable solutions. • Excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building with business areas, and ability to lead functional alignment sessions. • Fluent English, with the ability to work in a corporate environment and interact with international stakeholders. • SAP certification in SD or related modules (desirable). • Previous experience in global operations or high-volume AMS environments (desirable). • Experience with continuous improvement, integrated testing, and change monitoring in production environments (desirable). • Additional knowledge of end-to-end processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA (desirable).
