📋 Description

• Act as the technical engine of the program, from the first line of code of the core platform through to run/support until the end of 2027. • Technical foundation — Build the foundation: headless CMS, modern frontend, Swiss hosting compliant with nLPD (Swiss data protection law), CI/CD, staging and production environments. • Application build — Develop the site pages and mechanisms: templates, integrated health forms, insurer-based coverage selector, laboratory catalog split into four categories with online ordering. • Integrations — Integrate third-party services: appointment booking (OnDoc), partner prescription/order platform, and prepare advanced 2027 integrations (professional accounts, business/domain APIs). • Security & nLPD — Implement health data protection requirements: encryption, consent management, data minimization, logging — in coordination with the compliance review before each production release. • AI Collaboration — Work daily with the architecture AI assistant: frame problems, evaluate proposed designs, reuse or rewrite generated code, and document the decisions made. • Mentorship — Provide technical leadership to the two developers on the team: code reviews, standards, ticket breakdown, and upskilling. • Delivery & Run — Ensure staged production releases (December 2026, then at the end of each quarterly wave in 2027) and provide level 2/3 run support.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, including end-to-end responsibility for production releases. • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React or Next.js, Node.js, and at least one headless CMS (Strapi, Directus, Sanity, Contentful, or equivalent). • Strong API knowledge (REST/GraphQL), relational databases, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (ideally Swiss hosting providers certified to ISO 27001). • Practical experience with web security (OWASP, authentication, encryption) and sensitivity to personal and health data protection issues. • Experience with AI-assisted development (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) and a clear willingness to make it a central way of working — not a gimmick. • High degree of autonomy and proven experience working fully remote: in a four-person team, everyone carries broad responsibility. • Fluent French (documentation, tickets, and team communication in French); technical English.
