📋 Description

• Understand project briefs and convert them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Generate user personas and user scenarios • Research, conceive, sketch, prototype, and user-test digital product experiences • Identify design problems and devise solutions • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features • Apply a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders through usability tests • Research end users through user interviews, traffic data, and other primary and secondary research • Monitor new technology trends affecting client operations • Assist in pre-sales, post-sales, and product development to win and maintain clients • Share knowledge and best practices with clients and the Umpisa team

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience • Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments preferred • Graphic design capabilities preferred • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences • Extensive experience using UX design best practices • Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design • Knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility • Ability to clearly communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions • Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking • Ability to work effectively in a team setting • Ability to collaborate and communicate with distributed teams and stakeholders • Passion for resolving user pain points through design • Knowledge of current UX, design, innovation trends, and technologies • Applicants must be based in the Philippines
