📋 Description

• Design LinkedIn visuals • Create presentations for partners and conversations with decision-makers • Create graphics for events, from the UNCODED Sessions to the agency segment of DMEXCO • Work with and further develop the Uncoded and NXTGEN Club brand kits • Develop a potential third brand kit, from the initial mood board to a team template • Test AI tools and build AI-powered workflows • Demonstrate how AI can make work faster or better, including beyond graphic design • Provide constructive feedback on templates and formats and suggest improvements • If you have communications experience: write copy, schedule posts, and manage social media channels

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable subject • Your portfolio demonstrates how you turn a sentence into an image • You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma • You regularly use AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway • You can assess when an image still requires manual refinement • You notice when spacing is off by just two pixels • You work independently and take the initiative before anyone needs to ask • Plus: You enjoy writing in German and English • Plus: You have already managed a social media channel
