📋 Description

• Call leads provided by the company • Conduct sales conversations from needs analysis through closing • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team • Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward a successful outcome • Follow up with prospects • Document conversations and closed deals in the CRM • Provide feedback on lead quality and the sales script to support continuous improvement of both

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German proficiency in speaking and writing (C2 / native speaker) • You enjoy making calls and persuading people • Experience in telephone sales or sales is a plus — your sales talent is more important to us • You are highly effective at closing deals and are not discouraged by a “no” • High self-motivation and enthusiasm for measurable targets • Willingness to work from anywhere in Germany
