📋 Description

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope. • Establishes and manages project controls to ensure milestones are met, project products are delivered on time and within scope, and business goals are enabled. • Assures and controls the quality of project deliverables. • Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies during project implementation. • Liaises with the Project Board and other key stakeholders. • Assigns and controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities and workload, and motivates project team members. • Plans and controls project product delivery processes. • Manages communication within the project and with the project's external environment. • Produces project management products, including plans, logs, and schedules. • Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project. • Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations. • Organizes and conducts project meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in ICT relevant field. • At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience. • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience. • At least one certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM2 Essential / Advanced. • Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager. • Proven experience in the area of Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment. • Has experience working for/at the public sector, preferably in International organisations or EU Institutions. • Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods. • Prior experience in applying Agile methodologies. • Excellent English language skills (C-level, written and spoken).
