📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls involving customer inquiries and complaints in a financial/banking services environment • Maintain a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers • Resolve customer service problems and complaints • Answer customer queries accurately, satisfactorily, and promptly • Address service concerns and provide appropriate solutions through email, chat, or social channels • Escalate complaints to the Operations Supervisor when needed • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently • Provide accurate and complete information using company communication methods • Complete all required assessments and the application process

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of BPO experience • Finished high school education • Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills • Flexible in shifting schedule • Capable of handling escalated situations, remittances, and disputes • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrable probing and problem-solving skills • Cable or fiber internet access; DSL and satellite are not permitted • Minimum download and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Hardwired connection to the PC/laptop; wireless access is not permitted • Backup ISP/internet connection
