📋 Description

• Serve as the highest on-shift escalation point for complex network issues involving routing, switching, firewalling, VPN, and connectivity failures • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Oversee daily NOC operations, including network monitoring, alert triage, and proactive remediation • Ensure 24×7 coverage, shift handoff quality, and operational continuity • Own major network incidents from detection through resolution • Lead post-incident reviews and drive long-term network remediation • Coordinate with Windows/Linux teams for cross-domain issues while maintaining credential boundaries • Provide network expertise for the Cyber Backup environment and train Level 2 network staff • Oversee network runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and configuration documentation • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements across tools and workflows • Provide daily guidance to Level 2 and Level 1 staff • Validate readiness and review and approve runbooks and how-to guides

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination • Deep expertise in network engineering, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a 24×7 operational environment • Strong background in incident management and operational reporting • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required • Ability to work rotating shifts and support mission critical operations
