📋 Description

• Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects • Works with Network Operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements • Develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases • Determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements • Works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design • Coordinates testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans and performing user acceptance testing • Works with development teams to complete implementations and enhancements with minimal impact to clients • Performs troubleshooting of technical and business processes • Participates in peer review of solution design documentation • Reviews vendor documents to determine if vendor solutions meet company requirements • Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in analytical procedures or cross-functional methods

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to provide Network Operations support for small / medium projects • Ability to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements • Experience developing system requirements, including process flows and use cases • Ability to determine impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements • Ability to collaborate with technical colleagues on solution design • Experience coordinating testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans, and performing user acceptance testing • Experience working with development teams to complete implementations and enhancements • Technical and business process troubleshooting skills • Experience participating in peer review of solution design documentation • Ability to review vendor documents against company requirements • Ability to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in analytical procedures or cross-functional methods
