📋 Description

• Provide higher-level support for Major Incident Management (MIM) or senior-level service coordination within an assigned client base • Serve as the primary contact for MIM process inquiries and concerns for simple and moderately complex clients • Lead quality assurance initiatives and major incident process improvements • Provide training sessions to elevate team skills and proficiencies • Lead bridge meetings for major incidents and coordinate efforts toward rapid incident resolution • Perform routine service management duties, including monitoring changes, post-implementation reviews, RCA documentation, standard change catalogue analysis, problem trending, and service request catalogue analysis • Facilitate Daily Operations, Change Advisory Board, Problem Review Board, and other process-related meetings • Generate and report progress against continuous service improvement initiatives • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions, including project initiatives where required • Interface daily with internal resources, clients, and third-party vendors to manage ESM processes • Correct in-scope service levels, XLA, operational-level, and compliance issues for regular clients and strategic partners

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Fluent English • ITIL 3 or 4 Certification
