📋 Description

• Provide Network Operations support for larger and more complex projects • Diagram and evaluate existing processes • Plan, perform, and implement process improvement and/or change management initiatives • Develop and implement processes to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and services • Develop policies, methods, and procedures supporting business process change management • Ensure changes are deployed consistently and timely, minimizing disruption to ongoing work processes • Develop and author methods and procedures, job aides, processes, and other formalized documents based on business requirements • Measure network performance against process requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Network Operations experience supporting larger and more complex projects • Experience with routing and switching / Meraki (as indicated by the job title)
