📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows • Build and enhance solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and other ServiceNow capabilities • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions • Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, webhooks, import sets, and transform maps • Create workflow automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Service Catalog, and other platform capabilities • Support adoption of Now Assist and AI-enabled workflows with appropriate controls, testing, monitoring, and human oversight • Promote standard ServiceNow functionality and reusable solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt • Perform code reviews, automated testing, release validation, and troubleshooting of complex platform issues • Support platform upgrades, production deployments, technical documentation, and operational handover • Mentor other developers and contribute to engineering standards and continuous platform improvement • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automate manual processes, and deliver measurable business value • Collaborate with the ServiceNow Practice Lead, business analysts, architects, business owners, and other development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow Studio, or App Engine Studio • Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow product, such as CSM, HRSD, SPM, or App Engine • Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities • Proven experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, or equivalent technologies • Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, scoped applications, ACLs, security, and development best practices • Experience with code reviews, testing, release management, platform upgrades, and production support • Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments • Professional proficiency in English • May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data
