📋 Description

• Lead complex multi-partner IT projects from planning and coordination through successful completion • Ensure the achievement of business and project objectives • Structure complex projects and create clarity, direction, and reliability • Develop and align realistic, sustainable project objectives with internal and external stakeholders • Identify risks at an early stage, take proactive corrective action, and solve problems pragmatically • Support projects from the initial idea through customer engagement to team formation • Demonstrate business value and develop into a trusted advisor • Work closely with Leadership and Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience leading complex IT projects • Experience working with multiple partners and stakeholders, ideally • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, ideally including Linux environments and Identity & Access Management • Ability to confidently assess and contextualize technical interdependencies • Strong customer focus and clear, empathetic expectation management • German at negotiating proficiency (C2) • Fluent English (B2/C1) • Experience in crisis management and bringing projects back on track • Experience in the public sector is an advantage • Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum Master) are an advantage • Affinity for open source is an advantage • Experience working with remote teams is an advantage
