📋 Description

• Define and communicate requirements and business value with clients, solution engineering and stakeholders • Document requirements in Product Requirements Documents and Statements of Work • Support the sale and scoping of service-based engagements • Maintain and prioritize a ready-to-work backlog for Sprint Planning • Accept User Stories based on acceptance criteria and Definition of Done • Participate in release and Product Increment planning • Contribute to the Product Roadmap and Product Vision and Strategy • Collaborate with Product Team members to write and prioritize user stories • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to practice agility and maximize product value • Ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready and have acceptance criteria • Coordinate dependencies and activities with other Product Owners • Share market, client and business insights with the Product Team • Develop and share relevant product domain expertise • Track Product Increment and Release objectives and communicate progress • Prioritize customer-reported deficiencies, defects and enhancements • Lead Program Increment planning activities • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives • Present Product Team work in Sprint Reviews and invite stakeholder feedback • Articulate Product Vision and Product Strategy to the Product Team • Review and contribute to user and technical guides • Prepare product release documentation and collateral • Represent the customer voice within the Product Team • Build and maintain productive customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment • Demonstrable understanding of Agile product management principles with Scrum • Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence) or similar tools • CSPO certification or equivalent work experience • Working knowledge of SQL • Working knowledge of APIs • Working knowledge and experience using AI tools, including ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Figma Make to create Product Artifacts • A business or technical degree • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish • Ability to quickly adapt to new business domains and technical concepts • Proven ability to lead a high-performance team and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-of-teams development environment • Clear and concise verbal and written communication with internal and customer stakeholders • Consistent and structured management of information, documentation, agile boards and other artifacts • Experience as an agile Product Owner in a professional services organization (tiebreaker) • Experience delivering software development solutions for clients (tiebreaker) • Experience in WealthTech, FinTech or Enterprise software (tiebreaker) • Knowledge of wealth management services (tiebreaker) • Demonstrated experience moving into new business domains and quickly adapting (tiebreaker) • Experience trading stocks or making personal investment decisions (tiebreaker)
