📋 Description

• Atender consultas de clientes y usuarios por llamadas telefónicas, mensajería instantánea, redes sociales u otros canales • Ejecutar campañas de ventas y/o cobranzas por diversos canales • Asistir a capacitaciones, sesiones de feedback y coordinación, y rendir evaluaciones presenciales o virtuales • Mostrar mejoras permanentes en el desempeño • Reportar casos complejos a las áreas académicas o administrativas de la universidad

🎯 Requirements

• Educación mínima secundaria completa • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en cobranzas y/o ventas, indispensable • Disponibilidad horaria completa • Manejo de MS Office • Procesador mínimo Core i3 o Ryzen 3 de doble núcleo • 8 GB de RAM • Resolución de 1024 x 768 • Disco duro de 128 GB • Manejo de llamada, buen tono de voz, persuasivo y empático
