📋 Description

• Own relationships with key client stakeholders, including clinical leaders, hospital management, and IT teams • Act as the main point of contact for clients during pilots and early deployments • Lead complex hospital implementation projects involving multiple departments and partners • Define project plans, milestones, and responsibilities • Ensure deployments demonstrate value early and identify risks and bottlenecks proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High ownership and execution mindset • Comfort in fast-paced startup environments • Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and/or private) is required • Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus) • Willingness to travel within Spain.
