📋 Description

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders and explaining available options • Communicate with renters by phone, text, and email • Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and, when needed, utility providers • Provide additional client or team support as time allows • Ensure renters' utility orders are completed and verified • Deliver customer support and sales-adjacent services remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Available to work full-time hours with some weekend availability • Available for a 4-month contract, subject to renewal based on volume and performance • Fluent in English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Persistence in completing order processes and proactive follow-up by phone, text, and email • Ability to maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information • Willingness to undergo a standard background check during onboarding • Comfortable using and learning new technology and multiple applications/windows • Highly organized and able to track multiple tasks in a high-volume environment • Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic when interacting with potential renters • Able to adapt to process changes and changing utility options • Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward performance goals • Excited to grow with the company
