📋 Description

• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers for internet, electricity, water, gas, and trash services • Accurately enter utility provider information into a designated database • Verify entered data and correct discrepancies • Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information • Generate and update reports as required • Make phone calls to providers to ensure provider information accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous experience in data entry, research, or a related field preferred • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks • Fast and accurate typing skills, with experience using data entry software or systems • Ability to conduct online research to find accurate utility provider information • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) • Familiarity with database management systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to verify and validate data • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of work efficiently • Ability to work independently and adapt to new processes and tools quickly • Familiarity with utility services and providers is a plus • Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or mapping tools • Experience working with utility companies or in a related industry • Must be able to pass a background check • Must provide personal equipment, such as a laptop or personal computer, meeting required technical specifications • Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus over extended periods • Must be able to work remotely from Mexico or a location within 2 hours of the US Central Time Zone
