📋 Description

• Oversee accounting operations for multiple entities across different jurisdictions, including monthly financial reporting • Supervise day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely closing • Maintain and strengthen financial controls across all entities • Manage cost control and own the budget approval process • Design and continuously optimize finance control processes for efficiency and scalability • Prepare consolidated monthly management reports with the Head of Finance • Prepare and review regulatory reports with external advisors • Train and mentor junior finance specialists • Coordinate external audits and act as the main point of contact for auditors • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions • Respond to finance-related questions and requests from the CEO and wider team

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in financial control, finance and accounting, or treasury • Knowledge of IFRS • Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading junior finance associates • Comfortable working fully remote • Advanced or fluent English • Work experience in BIG-4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPGM) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Fast learner, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Ability to manage external consultants and legal advisors effectively • Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian language skills are nice to have
