📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives • Develop and document test plans, strategies, and exit criteria aligned with Agile and CI/CD processes • Perform manual testing of new features, functional flows, regression cases, exploratory scenarios, workflows, integrations, and edge cases • Design, build, and maintain web and mobile automation frameworks • Write reusable automated functional and end-to-end test scripts • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Conduct cross-browser, operating-system, and device compatibility testing • Design and execute performance, scalability, and stress tests for high-traffic systems • Monitor response time, throughput, and behavior under heavy load; analyze bottlenecks and recommend optimizations • Use AI-powered tools for test-case generation, visual regression testing, and intelligent defect identification • Identify, document, track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects with development teams • Maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, metrics, and quality reports • Update stakeholders on system quality and testing progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 4–6 years of experience in a Software QA role • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, manual testing standards, automation testing standards, and testing tools • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing of workflows and UI components • Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks • Expertise with BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Sauce Labs, or similar cross-browser testing tools • Advanced knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or similar performance and stress testing tools • Experience with Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate for API testing • Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools • Experience with Git and version control systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines • Hands-on experience with Testim, Tricentis Tosca, Katalon AI, Applitools, Mabl, or similar AI-enhanced testing tools • Understanding of AI-driven predictive testing, defect prioritization, and anomaly detection methodologies • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in Agile environments • Experience with regression, exploratory, and smoke/sanity testing • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Java is a plus • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification, Certified Selenium Professional, Appium Certification, or equivalent are preferred qualifications • Familiarity with testing machine-learning models or data-driven AI applications is preferred • Familiarity with testing APIs and services hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
