📋 Description

• Manage paid advertising budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs meet targets; • Create and manage ads daily using ad buying interfaces such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc., with strong attention to detail and ensuring client ads are error-free; • Conduct weekly or biweekly client check-in calls, reporting on specific initiatives and overall account performance; • Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports and internal account analyses focused on performance and creative development; • Operationalize and manage programmatic media campaigns through DSPs and DMPs; • Brainstorm ad scripts based on client needs and input whenever possible; • Develop strategies, execute, and manage a variety of client advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, etc., from concept through creative project management, execution, and analysis; • Translate technical concepts into actionable tactical and strategic plans; • Learn client products and create promotional strategies across social networks; • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance while establishing market benchmarks and recommending future tests; • Gather consumer, competitor, and market condition data.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the commercial side of digital advertising, with knowledge of the ecosystem of publishers, agencies, advertisers, and platforms; • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, data providers, ad verification, and related platforms; • Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads; • Knowledge of and experience with DV360 (Display & Video 360); • Understanding of RTB and programmatic media selling models; • More than 1 year of experience in paid digital advertising, performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or other data/quantitative fields; • Proactive, organized, and able to work well both independently and in a team environment (self-starter who thrives in a startup setting); • Strong knowledge of performance marketing and key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, conversion rate, AOV, etc.; • Understanding of the online advertising and social media industry; • Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for metric reporting, including building pivot tables; • Experience preparing marketing presentations; • Comfortable navigating Google Analytics, Shopify, or other platforms; • Experience managing monthly media budgets of R$50,000 or more. • Additional application requirements: • Ability to work in a team; • Self-management skills; • Analytical ability; • Clear and concise communication skills.
