📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 support for supported applications • Monitor and support production streams • Troubleshoot, review, analyze, and resolve production issues, including job failures • Apply code fixes and patches as needed • Onboard new software versions for NT certification, packaging, and deployment • Work directly with business partners to analyze and resolve queries • Ensure compliance with controlled processes according to business and IT requirements • Develop and maintain professional relationships with IT and business stakeholders • Monitor and respond to alerts • Escalate production issues to relevant teams and management

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Ability to provide L2/L3 support • Ability to monitor and support production streams • Expert knowledge of workflow designs for supported applications • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues, including job failures • Ability to apply code fixes and patches as needed • Ability to onboard new software versions for NT certification, packaging, and deployment • Ability to work directly with business partners to analyze and resolve queries • Ability to ensure compliance with controlled processes according to business and IT requirements
